Pole Tricks – Beginner to Advanced Level

A pole class designed for learning various pole tricks on static and spin. Learning combinations from the bare basics right through to professional tricks. These classes are broken down in to levels from beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.

Static Pole

Not so keen on spinning on the pole? Try out our static class instead. Here you will learn drops, flips, tumbles and walkovers, you will also learn how to create the illusion of spin on a static pole!

Pole Conditioning

In this class you will learn exercises to build strength and active flexibility to help you work towards your goal moves and help make your pole tricks look clean, graceful, and smooth.

Beginner Pole Dance

Now that you've learnt some basic spins and tricks it's time to start incorporating some fundamental floorwork and adding it all together with music. We keep it super simple so you can enjoy nailing these mini routines.

Commercial Heels

With a focus on floorwork, lines and sensuality this class is perfect for those wanting to learn the basic technique of dancing in heels without a pole!

Heels

Bring out your inner goddess in this slinky seductive heels dance class. You will learn to strut in heels and drop it like its hot. Learn to passionately move your body with confidence. Open to all levels.

Exotic

A sexy style dance class using floorwork and moves off the pole. We recommend heels and knee pads for this class.

Burlesque

These fun and flirty classes will have you shimmying and shaking in no time. By week eight you will be feeling sexy and confident enough to relase your inner vixen!

Flow

A cardio style class about perfect technique and flow using contemporary and jazz dance. No pole tricks, just dancing for all levels.

Stretch

rA low impact class designed to increase your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building your muscles, and balance needed to actively use your flexibility.

Flexibility Stretch

Whether you're working on touching down in your front or middle splits, or just looking to touch your toes this class is for you! We never push you into a position you're not ready for, and our instructors focus on technique and building strength to protect the longevity of your body.

Yin Yoga

It's Sunday night and time to set yourself up for a successful week ahead. In this Yin Yoga style class we focus on using our breath to get the most out of our streches and finish off with some mindfulness meditation.

PRIVATE LESSONS

If you prefer one on one lessons rather than a group class environment or want to work on a particular trick or routine with your favourite instructor then private lessons are for you.
