A 45minute high intensity, danced based cardio fitness class, using repetitive dance movements from various genres. Great for increasing lung capacity, burning fat all whilst having fun.

Twerk

An adult’s only class. The basic emphasis of this class is on your booty and accentuating movements of your hips and body. Learn how to bounce, thrust, isolate and shake what your mumma gave you. (we highly recommend sneakers, and knee pads for this class.)

Pole Tricks

A pole class designed for learning various pole tricks and combinations on static and spin. From the bare basics right through to professional moves. These classes are broken into levels from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Flow

A cardio based dance class completely off the pole using fluent body movement, correct dance technique, emotion, and musical interpretation through genres such as contemporary, lyrical and jazz. You don’t need a lot of space; dining room floors are perfect for this class.

Stretch

 A low impact class designed to increase your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building you muscles, and balance needed to actively use your flexibility.

Burlesque/Chair

This class is an adult’s only burlesque class using a chair as a prop. Bring out your inner goddess by learning how to move around the chair, and on the chair tricks, all in the form of a sultry dance routine. You won’t need a lot of space for this class, only a chair.

Floor Acro

This is a core strength-based class where you will learn body control, and aesthetically pleasing holds such as planches, handstands, rolls, and floor tricks not name a few. It is a multilevel class from beginner right through to advanced.

Doubles Acro

Get together with a family member for some floor-based doubles tricks and holds where you will work together to create shapes, and movement using each other for support. This is a class designed to build core strength and balance, whilst improving trust, and bonding with your friends or family, while having a good laugh.

Exotic

An off the pole, adults only, cardio workout, using sensual movement through music. In this class we focus on articulation, waves, floor movement and rolls. Heels are optional, although recommended, you won’t need a lot of space for this class, just a little bit of room to roll around.

Functional Fit

This 45minute high intensity class is based on plyometrics, conditioning, intense cardio and strength-based weight training. This class is designed to help you achieve a high level of functional fitness to improve movement throughout our everyday lives.  We have designed 4 programmes targeting specific muscle groups. Upper Body, Lower Body, HIIT ( Cardio based) and Full Body workouts. Minimal equipment is required. Majority of exercises can be achieved with body weight.

Conditioning

A 45 minute whole body workout designed to improve you overall fitness and strength. It is a high energy, high impact workout using a combination of floor work, resistance training and core and toning exercises. This class is designed to improve muscle definition, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, endurance, and strength.
