Kids floorwork works on  strength, balance and flexibility.  The class will cover handstands, splits, shoulder rolls, backward rolls and cartwheels.

Aerial Kids Silks

Learn to climb, wrap, suspend, drop, swing and spiral through the aire in the aerial silk. A single piece of silk is suspended from an overhead point allowing you to perform aerial acrobatics using strength and flexibility.

This class is an introduction to pole! For the everyday person who wants to learn to climb, spin, and slide. With a big focus on technique we will build your strength to protect your wrists and shoulders, and gain core stabillity while having fun.

Look at you go! Your hanging and diving comfortably so it's time to step it up and squeeze those muscles to create aesthetic lines and shapes. With a focus on building technique and strength, this class will prepare you for the next level: Intermediate 2/3

Static Pole

Not so keen on the spin when on a pole, try the static pole instead, here you will learn static rotations, drops, flips, rag dolls and handstand walkovers. You will need to be able to invert to attend this class!
