An adult’s only class. The basic emphasis of this class is on your booty and accentuating movements of your hips and body. Learn how to bounce, thrust, isolate and shake what your mumma gave you. (we highly recommend sneakers, and knee pads for this class.)

Doubles

Mums and Bubs

Stretch

A low impact class designed to increase your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building you muscles, and balance needed to actively use your flexibility.

Acro

This fun class teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. Students will learn such things as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, & contortion tricks both individually and in groups.

Dynamic Pole

Dynamic Pole is a pole dance class using both the static and spinning pole. This class is focused on both strength and flexibility dynamic movements. Take your pole dancing to the next level by learning these dynamic pole cartwheels, pole flips, pole drops and splits.
This is a multi level class however a confident invert is a must.

Pole Conditioning

In this class you will learn exercises to build strength and active flexibility to help you work towards your goal moves and help make your pole tricks look clean, graceful, and smooth.

Yoga

Hatha yoga is the traditional yoga of India. This practise includes static poses held for 30 seconds to 1 minute focusing on mindful breathing techniques before and during asanas, the importance of breathing throughout practise has a range of benefits from stress & anxiety reduce to supporting physical health including lung & cognitive function, blood pressure & much more.
Hatha will help aid finding relaxation, calm & mindfulness with a mix of poses that will aid in internal organ health & stretches that will help aid with flexibility & mobility.
